ROUTE LIBRARY

Choose a cross-border route by region

110+ countries / 240+ routes. Start with the region where your target service is available, then compare how each connection performs. Proximity is a useful starting point, but you’ll need to test the route on your network to see if it works well for you.

Swipe horizontally on narrow screens. Region options do not identify specific data center cities. Check the user panel after logging in for cities, available routes and route types.

Choose a region first, then compare routes

For everyday browsing, you could start with regions such as Singapore, Japan or Hong Kong. For apps with region requirements, check their supported regions first. A region label indicates the selected exit location; it does not guarantee that a target website will be accessible. Keep the app, device and time of use the same, and change only the route to better understand what’s making a difference.

IEPL, relayed and direct routes use different network paths; they are not a universal speed ranking for every local network. A dedicated route can be one option to compare for evening work, while relayed and direct routes are also worth testing on your own network. Available routes and their types are shown in the user panel. Update your subscription before connecting to avoid using an outdated configuration.

Test your connection with real tasks

You don’t have to judge a route by connection tests alone. Open a familiar website, sync a document or play something you plan to watch for a more realistic picture. If a page loads but a video buffers, the causes may differ. Your local Wi-Fi, the platform’s regional policies and the current route can all affect the result.

If you rely on a particular exit region, test it during your usual hours and keep a backup route that works for you. When using AI tools or streaming services, stick to one region where possible to reduce extra login checks caused by frequent switching. For more on route types and how to choose, see the route list.

CONNECTION SPEC

Routes, encryption and device details

Start with the tasks you need to do, then review the service details. VPNOY brings region selection, connection protection, device use and refund terms together in one checklist for easy comparison.

Route count is only one factor when choosing a subscription service. Consider whether your usual regions work well, how easy the device setup is and whether the billing terms are clear.

Stable during peak hours

For evening use, focus on how well a connection holds up over time, not a single speed test. VPNOY offers IEPL, relayed and direct routes so you can compare them on your local network for your specific needs. For remote work, check whether calls stay connected, documents save reliably and pages respond consistently. For streaming, test playback and seeking. Experience can vary by carrier, connection type and time of day, so test during your usual hours and keep a backup route in the same region. Don’t treat one test as a long-term guarantee.

Quantum encryption

VPNOY offers quantum encryption as a connection protection feature. Check the configuration shown in your client and user panel when connecting. Encryption and account security work together: keep your password safe, don’t post subscription links in public forums, and avoid sharing full configuration screenshots with people who don’t need them. Connection protection does not secure your accounts on destination websites or replace system updates and app security settings. On public Wi-Fi, also check website certificate warnings and make sure login pages are genuine, so you know where network security ends and safe browsing begins.

Unlimited devices

There’s no limit on the number of devices connected at once. Configure desktop and mobile devices for their respective platforms without repeatedly disconnecting existing devices when you switch. Keep a work region on your computer and choose routes for mobile networks on the go. Unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data, so keep an eye on usage under your chosen plan. Large downloads, file sync and video streaming can all add up. At home, keep account details and subscription information private instead of sharing links publicly. Import and test the configuration on each device separately to make connection issues easier to diagnose.

Accessing AI tools

When using AI tools such as ChatGPT, loading the website, signing in and generating content are separate steps. A working homepage doesn’t mean the entire workflow is ready. Start with a region supported by the tool, then test sign-in, prompt submission and the response. VPNOY provides cross-border connection routes, but the platform determines account eligibility, regional policies, paid features and risk checks. For work, keep to a consistent region where possible. If something goes wrong, distinguish a connection issue from a platform notice, avoid frequent exit changes, and don’t send sensitive business information to external tools without care.

Streaming routes

Streaming depends on the exit region, the platform’s content catalog and actual playback performance. Connecting through a region does not automatically give your account access to all local content; membership, licensing and platform rules still apply. With VPNOY, check the platform and program you want to watch, then test playback, seeking and continuous viewing. If the site works but a specific title doesn’t, check the platform’s message and compare another route in the same region. Route availability may change with platform policies. We don’t promise permanent access based on a region label or substitute a decorative demo for real testing.

14-day refund policy

The 14-day refund policy lets you assess the service on your own devices, network and everyday tasks. After activation, set up the client promptly and test it on your usual network and during your normal hours, rather than relying only on route names or a single connection notice. If the service doesn’t fit your needs, submit a refund request through the ticket option in the user panel; see the terms of service for applicable conditions. When describing a connection issue, include the platform, region and error message, but never share your password or subscription link publicly. Review the price, data allowance and billing cycle alongside the refund terms to decide whether the subscription suits your longer-term needs.

Set up your account and connection, step by step

No email required. Create an account with a username and password. Save your login details, then open the user panel to view plans and client downloads. After logging in, you can get clients for Windows, macOS, Android and Linux. iOS eligibility is determined by the user panel; follow the instructions shown there. Downloading a client and getting an active subscription are separate steps. After installation, import the subscription configuration linked to your account.

When importing, use the option provided in the panel and check that the client displays regions and routes. If you copy a subscription link, copy it in full without extra spaces or missing characters at the end. The link is tied to your account, so protect it like a password. Before sharing a screenshot of your setup, hide the link and account details, and share only the error message needed for troubleshooting.

Check your apps after the connection indicator

After selecting a route and connecting, open the app you need and test whether it works. A VPN icon in your system tray only shows that a connection configuration is enabled; it doesn’t mean every app uses the same route. If a browser works but a terminal task fails, check the app’s own proxy settings. On mobile, retest your task after switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data.

For your first setup, follow the quick start guide from start to finish. If something goes wrong, update your subscription, confirm the selected region, then check client permissions and your local network. For help, open a support ticket in the user panel and include your operating system, where the issue occurs and what you’ve already tried. This makes it easier to identify the next steps.

PLAN ASSEMBLY

Monthly plans and data packs

Monthly plans suit regular use; data packs are better for occasional access. Choose a billing option that fits your usage, then decide how much data you need. You don’t need to choose a higher tier just because you use more devices.

14-day refund policy. Test the service on your own devices and everyday network before deciding if it’s right for you.

Monthly plans: reset each month on the activation date

Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date, not at the start of the calendar month. When comparing plans, consider browsing, work file sync, video and downloads together rather than just how often you open the client. The same connection time can use very different amounts of data depending on what you do. A higher-tier plan gives you a larger data allowance; it doesn’t guarantee access to a target platform or faster speeds on your network.

If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Confirm the details and order information in the user panel. If you’re not sure how much data you use, track your usual tasks before choosing a different tier. All tiers support unlimited devices, so base your choice on data allowance and usage patterns, not the number of devices in your household.

Data packs: use anytime, never expire

Data packs are available at ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB. Use them at your own pace; they never expire. They suit people whose access needs vary with work or travel. Unlike monthly plans that reset on the activation date, data packs use a different billing model. Understand how each works before comparing total data allowances; don’t compare their prices as if they covered the same period.

The full plans page lists prices, data allowances and billing terms in one place, so you can review everything before opening the user panel. Pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay or USDT, following the instructions in the panel. The user panel shows your order status and subscription details. To check a transaction or request a refund, use the ticket option rather than sharing private order details on a public page.

CONNECTION NOTES

Client setup and networking guides

From importing a subscription to evaluating connection performance, these articles focus on practical tasks. Start with the guide for your device and issue. Service choice, client settings and account security each need separate consideration; route names alone don’t tell the whole story.

Still comparing services? Start with the service selection guide to compare route types, billing, device use and refund terms in one checklist. If you’ve chosen a platform, follow the quick start guide and work through your account, client, subscription and app checks in order. This helps keep connection issues separate from platform eligibility.
