How to estimate your data needs

Separate connection time from the amount of data transferred. Reading text pages for a long time uses data differently from streaming video continuously. Downloads, file syncing and software updates can also transfer data in the background. When choosing a plan, consider all these activities rather than choosing a higher tier just because you use more devices. Then check your usage records in the panel once you get started.

Set clear usage habits for home or multi-device setups. Unlimited devices means you do not need to upgrade just because you add another device, but you should still monitor your remaining data when sharing a plan. If one device is transferring large files continuously, other devices still need data too. If access feels slow, check your local network, current route and client status before deciding whether to change plans.

From Plan Selection to Payment

Select a plan and click its button to open the user panel, then choose the product you need. Check that the name, data allowance, price and billing method are correct before proceeding to checkout. Monthly plans and data packs have different rules, so don’t identify an order by price alone. Make sure you have the right billing option before paying.

After choosing Alipay, WeChat Pay or USDT, follow the instructions shown at checkout. For USDT, use the receiving details, transfer network and payment amount displayed on the current order page. Do not use payment details forwarded by someone else. Fixed payment addresses are not provided outside the order page, and you do not need to post proof of payment in public forums.

After paying, return to the user panel to check your order status and subscription details. If the payment page confirms completion but your account has not updated, keep your order record and verify you are signed in to the correct account. Do not create the same order again. If you need help, open a ticket with the order details and payment result; do not include your password or full subscription link.

Get clients and subscription links from the user panel. After installing a client, import the subscription for your account and select a route; installing the client alone does not establish a connection. For your first setup, follow the Quick Start Guide, then test access to confirm the target service works.

After getting started, test your connection on the networks and devices you use most. Check that your subscription imported successfully, the current route matches the region you need, and your usual websites work. Route connectivity and a platform’s access policies are separate issues; check its account region, membership status and content rules as needed.

To request a refund, sign in to the account used for payment, find the relevant order and submit a ticket with your request and order details. If you are also experiencing connection issues, include your device platform, the route involved and what happened to help distinguish setup issues from order questions. Do not post personal account details publicly. Redact passwords and subscription links from screenshots before submitting them.

After submitting a refund request, check for replies in the panel. No specific refund processing time is promised; check the payment channel and order status separately. If you also have questions about plan changes or duplicate orders, explain them clearly in the same request to avoid mixing up orders. Read the full service and refund terms before paying.
