Service Scope
VPNOY provides subscriptions to international routes and access to compatible clients, supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Subscriptions are intended to optimize cross-border connections. They do not include memberships to destination websites, content licenses, or licenses for third-party software. Account requirements, regional policies, and usage rules for third-party services are determined by their operators.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and do not expire. Prices and traffic allowances for each tier are shown on the Plans page and at checkout. Check the billing method and selected plan before use.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required; create an account with a username and password. Keep your login credentials and subscription links secure. Do not publish, sell, rent out, or share your account or subscription with others. Subscription links function as access credentials and should not be placed in public documents, code repositories, or screenshots that others can view.
There is no limit on the number of devices online at the same time, provided they are managed by you. This does not mean the subscription may be used as a public access service. You are responsible for activity on your account. If credentials are exposed or you notice unusual activity, change your password promptly and describe the situation in a support ticket through the user panel.
Acceptable Use
You must comply with the laws and regulations where you are located and in any region relevant to your use, and obtain any authorization required to use the networks, devices, and content involved. Do not use this service for fraud, intellectual property infringement, distribution of illegal content, data theft, unauthorized system access, or interference with other people's networks.
Do not disrupt service operations through automated abuse, malicious requests, or other means. When accessing third-party platforms, you must also follow their rules. An available network connection does not grant permission to use a platform's content or services.
Service Availability and Scope of Responsibility
Connection quality depends on factors such as your local network, device settings, carrier routes, maintenance, and the status of destination services. VPNOY does not guarantee continuous access in every region or at all times, or to every third-party service. Displayed routes are not a guarantee of a particular speed or business outcome. Necessary route changes and maintenance may affect some connections.
If you encounter a problem, check your configuration using the Quick Start Guide before submitting a support ticket. Keep your own copies of important materials, and avoid relying on this service as the sole connection for critical business operations. These terms do not exclude any liability VPNOY must bear under applicable law or limit any rights you have under the law.
Refund Terms
You may request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of your first payment. Submit your request through a support ticket in the user panel, stating that you would like a refund and providing the relevant order information. You do not need to cite route problems or speed test results as a reason. Do not include your account password or full subscription link in the ticket.
VPNOY will review the order and request, then provide updates on the process and refund arrangements in the ticket. Processing times may vary by payment channel; submitting a ticket does not mean the refund has already arrived. Once a refund is completed, the service benefits associated with that order end.
Account Termination and Changes to These Terms
For reselling or sharing subscriptions, unlawful use, system attacks, or other serious violations of these terms, VPNOY may restrict access, suspend a subscription, or terminate an account based on verified information. If you disagree with an action, submit an explanation and relevant materials through a support ticket. Account actions do not automatically exclude refunds or other rights available under applicable law.
Changes to these terms will be posted on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be revised. Important changes to service benefits will be announced on the site or in the user panel. New terms will not retroactively reduce rights attached to existing orders under applicable law. For details on how personal information is handled, see the Privacy Policy.
