Coverage includes 110+ countries / 240+ routes, with support for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux and no device limit. Choose a route based on your destination and usage habits; regional rules and account eligibility on the target platform, along with local network conditions, may still affect your experience.

Route Selection and Troubleshooting

When choosing a route, start with the region of the service you want to access, then compare the connection performance of IEPL dedicated lines, relay routes and direct connections. The number of regions alone does not determine the experience. If a connection fails, first check your plan status and refresh your subscription, then try another route. If the issue persists, submit a support ticket through the user panel with your device platform, the circumstances and any error message to help identify the cause.

No Logs and Data Minimization

VPNOY follows a no-logs policy and does not record browsing activity. Creating an account does not require an email address; a username and password are all you need. Information is collected only as needed for account management, order processing and technical support.
